Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Download the GoThain app from the App Store or Google Play, then sign up with your phone number and email. You'll receive a verification code to confirm your account.

How do I request a ride?

Open the app, enter your destination in the search bar, choose your vehicle type, and tap "Request Ride". A driver will be on their way in minutes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can add multiple payment methods in the app and choose your preferred one for each ride.

During Your Ride

How do I contact my driver?

Once matched with a driver, you can call or message them directly through the app. Tap on your driver's profile to see contact options.

Can I change my destination during a ride?

Yes, you can update your destination at any time during the ride. Just tap the destination field and enter the new address. The fare will be adjusted accordingly.

What if I left something in the car?

Go to your ride history, select the ride, and tap "I lost an item". We'll help you contact your driver to retrieve your belongings.

Safety

How are drivers verified?

All drivers undergo comprehensive background checks, including criminal history and driving record reviews. Vehicles are also inspected regularly.

Can I share my trip with someone?

Yes! Tap "Share Trip" during your ride to send a real-time link to friends or family so they can follow your journey.

What should I do in an emergency?

Use the emergency button in the app to contact local authorities. You can also call 911 directly. Our safety team monitors all emergency reports.

Payments & Pricing

How is my fare calculated?

Fares are based on distance, time, and current demand. You'll see the estimated fare before confirming your ride.

Why was I charged a cancellation fee?

A cancellation fee may apply if you cancel after a driver has been assigned and is on their way, or if you don't show up within 5 minutes of their arrival.

How do I get a receipt?

Receipts are automatically emailed after each ride. You can also view all receipts in the app under "Ride History".
